What to do with Barry Bond's 756 Ball?

As most of you know, Bonds 756 home run ball, breaking Hank Aaron's record was auctioned off recently.  Mark Ecko, fashion designer, bought the ball and did a truly wonderful thing... he is not keeping it but instead letting the public choose its fate.  

Ecko set up a website http://www.vote756.com/ to allow people to vote on the balls fate.  The three options are:

Send it to the Hall of Fame
Brand it with an Asterisk and send it to the hall as a form of protest
Blast it into space

FTR, I voted to send it to the hall.  I hate Bonds and it sucks he has the record.  But even if he did steroids, and I think he did, they were not against the rules when he did them.  He did something unethical, but not against the rules.  Anyone caught doing them SINCE they were banned, should be removed or have an asterisk, but those before just got away with something... much like all the pitchers in the HOF who used emory boards, vaseline and other methods of cheating.

One of my friends who lives in SF told me years ago that until you go to his games regularly, you don't realize how few pitches Bonds even gets to hit. It's all the more amazing that he has been able to get so many home runs given how much he is walked.

I think they should put an asterisk on it and shove it up Bond's ass - that arrogant prick.  He is a cheater and a fraud.  The only good thing to come from this mess is that it gives new appreciation to Hank Aaron and Roger Maris - two guys who broke the records honestly and under enormous pressure.  Bonds is not fit to wash their jocks, let alone be credited with breaking their records.  

The same thing goes for McGuire and Sosa - two complete phonies.

Neither Sosa nor McGwire has been implicated in Balco nor any other mail order services.  

It doesn't matter about Bonds.  A-Rod will break that record pretty soon, barring injury.
